Pasta di Gragnano is premium quality artisanal pasta made with 100% Italian durum wheat semolina in Gragnano, the province of Naples. This pasta is produced according to the traditional method: shape through bronze dies and slow-dried at low temperature. This process gives the pasta the right texture to well absorb any type of sauce.
