Returns Policy

At Teck Sang, we strive to provide top-quality products and an excellent shopping experience, both in our outlets and on our official online shop, www.tecksangonline.com. We offer a comprehensive after-sales service to ensure your satisfaction.

Return/Exchange Policy:

• Time Frame: You can return or exchange products within 7 days of receiving your purchase, as indicated by the delivery date. This period complies with applicable consumer protection laws.
• Condition: Items must be in their original condition—undamaged, unused, with original packaging and all included parts. Reasonable use for inspection or trial is acceptable as per local laws.
• Exclusions: We cannot accept returns or exchanges if products are damaged, spoiled over time, or improperly stored by the customer. Improper storage includes exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or other conditions that would naturally damage the product.

Important Notes:
We do not refund original shipping and handling fees unless required by law. Only the total value of the products will be refunded.
If your order included promotional items or free gifts, please return them along with the original purchase. Otherwise, the original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.

Procedures for Placing an Order

1. SIGN UP / SIGN IN

• Register as Teck Sang's new member.
• Or: "Login"

2. SELECT PRODUCT

• Select products and quantity
• Click "Add to Shopping Cart"
• Click "View Shopping Cart" or "Cart" at the top-right corner of any page.
• Review and confirm all the items placed in "My Shopping Cart"
• Click "Check-out"

3. FILL IN BILLING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Fill in the billing and shipping information.
• Click "Confirm"

4. CHECK-OUT / PAYMENT

• You will be directed to the payment gateway:
•  FOMOPAY, (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
• Enter your security information to complete the order.
• After the payment is done, you will receive a confirmation email for the record.

5. ORDER COMPLETED

Your order now is completed; You will receive a new email with the order tracking number and the specified delivery time for reference.

Note: Teck Sang will outsource logistics and delivery services to third-party service providers
