Tagliatelle is a traditional variety of long and flat ribbon-shaped egg pasta from the Italian region of Emilia Romagna.
INGREDIENTS Italian durum wheat semolina, Italian free range eggs (20%), water.
STORAGE
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store it in a tightly sealed container.
COOKING IDEA
Traditionally, tagliatelle are served with Bolognese sauce. They are also perfect in thick sauces with truffle or porcini mushrooms, or with wild boar ragout.
