INGREDIENTS:
Pepper, Salt, Sugar, Flavour Enhancer E621, Chicken Seasoning, (E631, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein, Maltodextrin, Corn Starch, Palm Olein, Yeast Extract, Spices) and E627.
PREPARATION:
BAK KUT TEH
600 GMS of pork ribs, 10 pieces of small garlic, 6bowls of water (2000cc), 1 packet of BaK Kut Teh soup base.
PORK BELLY SOUP
1 pork belly, 10 pieces of small garlic, 8 bowls of water (2600cc), 1 packet of BaK Kut Teh soup base.
COOKING INSTRUCTION
Place pork ribs or pork belly into boiling water for 5 minutes and remove from boiling water. Rinse in water (to remove impurities) Boil 2000cc (pork ribs) or 2600cc (pork belly) of water in high heat, followed by adding 10 pieces of garlics, pork ribs or pork belly and Bak Kut Teh Spices. Allow soup to boil and lower heat to medium. Continue cooking the soup for 70 minutes (pork ribs) or 100 minutes (pork belly) for stronger taste.
No addidtional seasoning required.
