Smooth, naturally mellow vinegar, ideal to be used as a salad dressing blended together with extra virgin olive oil, or drizzled directly over grilled or boiled meats and vegetables.

STORAGE
Keep the product away by the sun and the direct light. Once opened, it is recommended to store the product at the refrigerated temperature.

Balsamic vinegar of Modena has been produced in Modena and Reggio Emilia since the XII century. Fontana FORMIELLO Balsamic vinegar of Modena is made in Modena, Emilia Romagna, from the blend of must of carefully harvested grapes and wine vinegar maturated in wooden barrels.
