Ingredients

  • Tapioca Starch (68%), Rice (30%), Salt (2%)
     

Preparation:

  •  Add warm water to a dish plate wider than the rice paper
  •  Slide the sheet of rice paper into the warm water and leave it for a few seconds
  •  Remove the rice paper from the water while ensuring that it is still firm and able to work on
  •  The paper is now pliable and ready for use
How to roll a spring roll:
  •  Place the filling in the middle of the bottom third of the wrapper
  •  Bring the lower edge up and over the filling
  •  Fold in the two sides
  •  Roll it up while using your fingers to keep the fillings pushed towards the middle of the roll and tight

       

Storage

  • Store in a cool, dry place
